Swann debuts Bolt HD 1080p action camera

Security monitoring solutions provider <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/277814==http://swann.com/region/usa/entry/us" rel='nofollow'>Swann</a> has unveiled the Bolt HD mini high-definition action camera. The mini HD camera and DVR combo is ruggedized, waterproof to 32 feet, and comes with a myriad of mounting options for outdoor and sporting enthusiasts. The camera boasts a 1920x1080 resolution at 30 frames per second or 12MP still images.<br />

With a built-in laser pointer, the Bolt HD allows the user to confirm the camera is aimed properly and ready to shoot. The protected lens allows the user to record more with a 135 degree angle of view. The device stores approximately 10 hours of video recordings on a removable MicroSD card up to 32GB in capacity. Bolt HD is powered by a lithium-ion battery that recharges via USB.

Swann's Bolt HD camera retails for $200. The camera is available now at retail and at the manufacturer's website.
