Murtazin: Nokia 'Catwalk' stunning, but WP8 the downside
Well-known Russian blogger Eldar Murtazin has revealed that he was able to get into a special invitation-only Nokia closed-door session at MWC, where he was able to see and play with Nokia's rumored 'Catwalk' handset. According to Russian site W7Phone, the new device is expected to rectify the main criticisms of the Lumia 920 by switching to a slimmer, lighter all-aluminum chassis. The only downside, according to Murtazin and others present at the event, is that the new handset runs Microsoft's embattled Windows Phone 8 operating system instead of Android.

"There is Windows Phone inside, it did not change and it spoils all of the fun," said Murtazin. According to Murtazin, a common refrain he heard of others was, "'Oh, Windows Phone, why are you not Android," with some also shaking their heads.
In addition to sporting a slimmer all-aluminum chassis (much like the Apple iPhone 5 and HTC One from reports) the device is also expected to incorporate a thinner version of Nokia's PureView Phase 2 camera that features in the Lumia 920. Although Nokia is also said to be planning a 41-megapixel PureView Lumia device, it is not expected to feature in the purportedly slim Catwalk as the camera module is relatively thick by comparison.
