Briefly: Rdio adds five-member accounts, Samsung launches Jay-Z app

Two-member and three-member accounts for the streaming music service still cost $18 and $23 respectively, <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/288350==http://thenextweb.com/apps/2013/06/24/rdio-now-allows-up-to-5-people-on-its-family-subscription-plans/" rel='nofollow'>writes</a> <em>The Next Web</em>, with the new four-user plan now going for $28, and the maximum five-member version priced at $33 per month. <br />

<strong>Samsung launches Jay-Z app ahead of million album giveaway</strong><br />

Samsung has released its previously-announced app in association <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/288351==http://www.electronista.com/articles/13/06/17/album.to.be.free.on.samsung.phones.72.hours.before .release/" rel='nofollow'>with Jay-Z</a>. The Magna Carta app [<a href="http://macnn.com/rd/288352==https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samsungmobileusa.magnacarta" rel='nofollow'>Google Play</a>], free to users of the <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/288353==http://www.electronista.com/reviews/samsung-galaxy-s-4.html" rel='nofollow'>Galaxy S 4</a>, <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/288354==http://www.macnn.com/reviews/samsung-galaxy-s-iii-for-us-carriers.html" rel='nofollow'>Galaxy S III</a>, and <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/288355==http://www.macnn.com/reviews/samsung-galaxy-note-ii-t-mobile.html" rel='nofollow'>Galaxy Note II</a>, will provide the first one million users a free copy of Jay-Z's new album, <em>Magna Carta Holy Grail</em>, 72 hours before the July 7th general release. The free albums form part of a global marketing deal between Samsung and Jay-Z, which is reportedly worth $20 million.
