<b>Verizon schedules HTC One launch</b>
<br>Verizon has announced that it is finally set to ship <A href="http://www.electronista.com/articles/13/02/26/android.flagship.at.mwc/">HTC's flagship One smartphone</a> on August 22 for $200 with a new contract. The company is one of the last major carriers to launch the phone, amid reports of a larger <a href="http://www.electronista.com/articles/13/08/06/htc.one.max.robert.downey.jr.teased.in.new.ad/">"One Max" variant</a>. Sprint is currently offering an exclusive red version, available with a buy-one-get-one-free promotional offer through the rest of the month.<br /><br /><b>AT&T set to ship Moto X</b><br />
In a separate announcement, AT&T noted that it will begin selling Motorola Mobility's <A href="http://www.electronista.com/articles/13/08/01/google.takes.unique.approach/">Moto X phone</a> beginning August 23. Stock will be available in retail stores, though customers can also order customized builds through the Moto Maker website. The 16GB edition will sell for $200, while the 32GB edition commands $250.
