Briefly: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on Sprint, Netflix wins Emmy awards
<a href="" rel='nofollow'>Sprint</a> has joined <a href="" rel='nofollow'>AT&T and T-Mobile</a> in offering the <a href="" rel='nofollow'>Samsung Galaxy Note 3</a> and the <a href="" rel='nofollow'>Galaxy Gear</a> smartwatch to its customers. Both will be available from the carrier starting from October 4th, with the Galaxy Note 3 priced at $350 with a two-year contract, as well as under Sprint's new <a href=" artphones/" rel='nofollow'>One Up</a> early-upgrade program. The Galaxy Gear, available separately, will cost $300.<br />

<strong>Netflix wins primetime Emmy award for House of Cards</strong><br />
<br />
<a href="" rel='nofollow'>Streaming service Netflix</a> has received some recognition for its <a href="" rel='nofollow'>original content strategy</a>. David Fincher <a href="" rel='nofollow'>won</a> the primetime Emmy for directing <em>House of Cards</em>, making it the first time an award has been given to an online-only show. Netflix received a total of 14 primetime Emmy nominations for its shows, with <em>House of Cards</em> also receiving two awards for casting and cinematography under the Creative Arts Emmys.
