BlackBerry Z30 hits FCC, Q10, Z10 on sale from BlackBerry itself
<a href="http://macnn.com/rd/295203==http://www.electronista.com/articles/13/09/29/gartner.to.recommend.enterprise.buyers.find.differ ent.option/" rel='nofollow'>BlackBerry</a> is attempting to improve the sales of some of its smartphones by making them available directly. The manufacturer is selling the <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/295204==http://www.electronista.com/articles/13/02/01/final.design.unveiled/" rel='nofollow'>BlackBerry Z10</a> and <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/295205==http://www.electronista.com/articles/13/05/05/analyst.predicts.good.sales.based.on.checks.with.r etailers/" rel='nofollow'>BlackBerry Q10</a> through its website, with the incoming <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/295206==http://www.electronista.com/articles/13/09/18/new.blackberry.larger.faster.than.z10.adds.tunable .antenna/" rel='nofollow'>BlackBerry Z30</a> also being seen at the <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/295207==https://apps.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/ViewExhibitReport.cfm?mode=Exhibits&RequestTimeout =500&calledFromFrame=N&application_id=455118&fcc_i d=L6ARFW120LW" rel='nofollow'>FCC</a> ahead of its expected release on networks in Canada in the near future. <br />

The Z30, having already gone on sale in the <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/295198==http://www.electronista.com/articles/13/09/27/low.revenues.high.losses.confirmed.conference.call .cancelled/" rel='nofollow'>United Kingdom</a>, is shown in the FCC filing to have typical support for North American carriers, <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/295199==http://crackberry.com/blackberry-z30-rolls-through-fcc" rel='nofollow' target="_self" title="">notes</a> <em>CrackBerry</em>. <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/295200==https://apps.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/ViewExhibitReport.cfm?mode=Exhibits&RequestTimeout =500&calledFromFrame=N&application_id=953993&fcc_i d=L6ARFY110LW" rel='nofollow'>Two versions</a> of the same phone have appeared, complete with support for GSM/EDGE 850/1900, WCDMA/HSDPA bands and LTE bands usually associated with Canadian and US carriers, hinting that the region's release is happening in time for holiday shopping.<br />

Both the Q10 and Z10 appear on the company's online <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/295201==http://store.shopblackberry.com/store/bbrryus/en_US/DisplayCategoryProductListPage/ThemeID.32403100/categoryID.66826200" rel='nofollow'>store</a>, also spotted <a href="http://macnn.com/rd/295202==http://crackberry.com/blackberry-now-selling-unlocked-z10s-and-q10s-direct" rel='nofollow'>by</a> <em>CrackBerry</em>. The unlocked version of the Q10, in both black and white variants, are being sold for $549, while unlocked Z10 models in the same colors are priced at $449. It is not known if the Z30 will join alongside the Q10 and Z10 in being directly available from BlackBerry itself.
