Briefly: Rogers drops BlackBerry Z30, Instagram confirms advertising
Canadian carrier Rogers is refusing to carry the <a href=" .antenna/" rel='nofollow'>BlackBerry Z30</a> in stores, citing that it can only "pick what we think are the biggest winners" to display on its limited shelf space. The <em>Globe and Mail</em> <a href="" rel='nofollow'>reports</a> that it will still stock the Z10 and Q10 smartphones, suggesting it won't be going as far <a href=" ck/" rel='nofollow'>as T-Mobile</a>, but a BlackBerry spokesperson revealed that competitors Bell and Telus will sell the Z30. <br />

<a href="" rel='nofollow'>Instagram</a> will be including advertisements to its photo and video feed. Confirming <a href="" rel='nofollow'>earlier reports</a> in a blog <a href="" rel='nofollow'>post</a>, the company advises that users in the United States will see "an occasional ad" in the mobile app in the coming months, with the initial advertisers consisting of a "handful of brands that are already great members of the Instagram community." User control of ads are also touted, with disliked marketing messages able to be hidden from view.
