Keyboard Shortcut for Sleep?

We bought my wife an iMac last weekend, and I wanted to find out if there is a keyboard shortcut for sleep mode? It seems pointless to hit the power button (as I can do on my PowerBook), as it is in the back. Right now I have her using the Apple menu to do it.

Control-eject key to bring a dialog box w/ options for shut down / sleep / restart.

Option-command-eject key to instantly sleep.

On OS9, command-shift-O (o, not zero) works... try it on OSX.
One of the most annoying key combo's ever.
