What's with my chunky iChat icon?

When I minimize an iChat window into the dock, this is what I end up with...

Anyone know what that's about? How to fix it? Obviously not a major problem, but I'm in a procrastinating mood...

That's the small (64x64?) proxy image for your buddy. If you put-in a custom icon, it would show there in it's place, but at the same resolution.

Where did you get those drive icons...? Did you download them or use an icon editor to make them yourself...?

Custom iChat icon is larger but not 128x128. Regular AIM icon is around 32x32 - 48x48
