Hey all.
alright, so I have a Dual USB iBook, 500 mhz, 640, 20, combo, airport.
I installed the 512 chip almost a year ago, and have had no problems with it, so I don't think it's at fault of what I'm about to explain.
Everytime I put my computer to sleep, even if I'm logged in as a different user, when I wake it up, it seems fine. Which is good. I can move the mouse around and it's all good, but if I scroll over the dock, my icon names don't pop up. If I click on a menu or anything, the system will hang where it is, giving me the spinning beach ball. The only way out of this is a force restart. I tried sshing to my comp from another box, but it said the host was down. This is really a big problem, seeing as how I have a portable comp. I just did an archive and install, and I'm still getting this problem. any idea's?
