I to have received my copy of Pather here up in Britsih Columbia, Canada. Arrived today at 12:20 PM. Already installed and enjoying an increase in speed and many new features.

You probably need to format the disk using Disk Utility which is found in on your computer Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility.
