Maybe I'm missing something, but that only has 256 MB RAM? Unless it can't take more, put more in. I wouldn't run Tiger on less than 512-768.

I hate flash on the mac. I don't mind it on my PC (3 ghz P4 w/ hyper threading) but it can be pretty awful on my Mini.

Amazing that a computer I bought 14 months ago (12/05) could be considered so utterly useless by some. I have a 1.33 g4 mini, 5400 rpm, 40 gb hd, 1 gb ram, 32 mb radeon 9200.

As someone who's used various versions of Windows since 3.1, I just feel more comfortable knowing the free RAM is there. Some see it as a waste; I see it as comforting.

I've gotten used to the menu bar at the top... that was a big adjustment coming from Windows where it's on the bottom, and I'd never unlock it and...

UNO does look nice. I can see what you mean about "feeling" sluggish. For whatever reason, Safari "feels" more sluggish than other Mac browsers I've tried, and there's not many I haven't.

I don't think many news websites have problems with video.... but on a Mac, it can be a rather poor experience if you need to rely on F4M. And of course it will be a poor experience if your system...

A couple points

1) 5400 RPM HD are not necessarily an improvement. Lowendmac.com reports the "late 2005" unconfirmed/stealth upgraded Mini's came with 5400 RPM HD.

2) Is the new Mini better?...
