You should buy the MS IntelliMouse Explorer with IntelliEye 3. It is the best mouse ever, even hardcore gamers think it is the best. Everyone I know that have tried it agrees that it is the best.

I am having the same problem on my 466 Digital Audio using 10.1.2 (Didn't install Norton though). The only way I know to get the sound back temporarily is to restart. Hope someone can help.
