Also many of the apple stores I've dealt with waive the restocking fee in the name of customer service. If course your mileage will vary.

Yup, and before I could peal the clear tape off, I had to break the sticker seal in that kept the flap on the fabric (or what ever it is) and removed the MB from that sleave.
