It's nice kit. But no that tool on the app is a complete view fill command. Not a closed section paint bucket. Like Photoshop Gimp or MS paint and other desktop apps have.

Oh no it's a rescue. That sucker wont work with anything but ddrescue. It just that on osx without testing -d it's waaaaay to slow as in 512/bytes per sec

So booting to linux to test out -d looks...

Because it does not have the direct access feature on osx. And I did try and patch it. No dice.

For the others: Does ubuntu have ddrescue installed ? Or at the very least gcc?

I imported some rather large images onto the iphone and when I barely zoom in on the phone the res gets to grainy, even if the image was huge to start with.
