Uh... not really. If you got a degree in mechanical engineering then yeah, maybe you'd know what designs make sense, but EE doesn't really teach you anything other than electrical circuits.

1,2 & 3 do not require four wheel drive or a vehicle designed for towing or offroad use. Your descriptions mean that you need CARGO ROOM and a flat bed that you can occasionally sleep in....
