I own a 700 MHz Ibook, recently i've begun to have problemns with the battery life. When it reaches 84% percent it suddenly drops to 0% and the computer goes to sleep!

I am thinking of buying the 1Ghz emac, nonetheless read a lot about display problems with this computer on earlier models..
i was wondering what is status with the emacs... are they still carrying...
