"Do the songs which don't play have anything in common? For instance, the iPod will play .aac files, but not .mp3 or vice-versa. Or maybe it will play non-DRM'd...

ipod touch no sound on some songs 3,210 Views / 3 Replies  
My daughter's ipod touch recently started this. About 1/2 the songs have no sound (although it shows the song playing no sound comes out) This happens with headphones as well as docking stations....
