Both are already built in to OS X. Check the Sharing panel in the System Preferences. There's FTP Access, Personal Web Sharing (HTTP aka Apache web server), and even Personal File Sharing.

I have 1.5 gb. But mine isn't the lastest gen (higher res. screen). It was purchased back in early 2005 (Jan) and hasn't had a problem until the 10.4.3 and possibly after the latest Airport update.
