Your ALbook can run "classic", which should already be installed. You cannot boot into OS9 though.

Try to start classic and then see if you can't install the OS9 version of your game.

I own a Rev. A 12" PB and previously owned a PB Ti 1GHz and the 12" AL PB definitely has a better range.

I would highly recommend the 12". Great range, lighter, and holds up to 1.25 GB of RAM.
