In general, nothing. At least for me. But iTunes doesn't give me the options Toast or DiskBlaze do. That's why I generally don't use iTunes for burning audio CDs.

Better not upgrade to QuickTime 7.0. With that installed Toast 6.0.9 not longer supports burning audio CDs from iTMS songs now. Dang it. And DiskBlaze only burns blank CDs of iTMS files now.

I had a similar problem when I first started using ITC (version 1.0). What I found was that I needed to not import album art from iTunes, but let the app pull it's art from Amazon. I do like that now...
