i just got a 20" iMac and highly recomend them. i payed exactly 2000 after tax and got the bluetooth mouse and keyboard and i added 512mB RAM so i would do that becuse the resolution on the imac is...

you need to hook your cam. up using firewire to make it recognizable. you can get them from appl store or online i think if yorucam is digital :cool:

I JUST DID IT ON A FRIENDS COM. AND YOU DO NEDD TO STUFF IT THEN from the installer install but you can also download a redy version to if I remember right

For the over heating prob. try a Targus podium coolpad. and it sounds like your Ram is overheating which would heat the keys but that would deppend on the OS

if your com is a 12 inch or even a 15 inch it is usually a good idea to use something besides windex! kiding. But it is somewhat important or your pixels will deteriorate faster :cool:

I had the same prob with my ibook and it needed a archive and install with the os and i got a speed bump and more free mem. and my ibook started on 10.2 so... :thumbsup:

Make sure your screen is tightly screwed in becaus when yo put the com. in your bag it might pull the screen that is not tightly attached

not only is it salippery on your lap[ but in your hands when your even somewhat sweaty. I would definutky not put anything under though except mabey a lap desk and you should be ok with not...

your prob could be that you have too many programs open which woould cause a RAM "meltdown" but it sounds ublikely with that much. Try cheking when your programs are all closed and see how muchis...

HEy if you try a archive instal it might clear some os probs up making the com faster. IF that doesn't work try going to 1.system preferences 2 energy saver 3. options and change the processer speed...
