I'd pick the s710 over the RAZR. It's a superior phone IMHO in all respects except for thinness. Motorola generally makes crap phones IMHO. My last one kept freezing up all the time.

Yeah the hold button wasn't on. Well, I used the hold button when I put the iPod in my bag but turned it off before using. Perhaps the hardware got stuck in the hold position.
