Yes it can. I bought an Airport Express base station during the week and I'm able to connect my old B+W G3 to my wireless network. Easy to set up. Just use the Airport Setup Assistant.

I upgraded my B+W G3 with a PowerLogix 1.1 GHz G3 card, 640 MB RAM and a 40GB hard disk. It works like a champ. All the latest software, including VPC 7 is working well.
