Get the pc2700. If you upgrade, you can use the ram for your new Powerbook. A gig of pc2700 works great in the rev A's. Toss in a bigger drive and RPC-1 the superdrive and you'll be set.

Hope you do not have a 17" Powerbook because the Kingmax does not seem to work with that particular model. No issues with the 15's or 12's.
