The wireless Apple mice have always been too heavy for me because of the twin AAs inside. The new Magic Mouse also uses AAs, but overall is it heavier or lighter than the old one? Anyone know?

Thanks for the tip. The reason I'm keen on the MacBook is because here in the UK they're £649 refurb from Apple. As much as I love Macs I still baulk at the cost of a new one!

Thanks seanc. If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it, I'm in the UK. It's not crucial I expand the memory but if I can do it cheaply it would be a nice little boost for my son's first Mac.
