That depends on the games you're interested in... PC emulation by PPC-based Macs is not as good as with Intel-based Macs, but it can still be done.

Gaming on a G4 with native/ported game apps is going to be a rough ride: the only option (Microsoft's VirtualPC) for running Windows apps is terribly useless for anything above viewing the occasional Visio document.

So, you need new hardware.

Well, if it's games from the early to mid nineties, sure it can be done in emulation. If it's recent games, especially 3D accelerated, buy a new computer - either an Intel mac that can be rebooted to Windows or a separate Wintel box dedicated to gaming.
