"A new scandal involving raunchy online messages engulfed Anthony D. Weiner, imperiling an improbable political comeback that had catapulted him to the top of the New York City mayor’s race."

Rule 8: facepalm.

The NYT gets extra style points for the thumbnail of a put-upon looking Huma.

Married man gets busted sending pictures of his junk to a woman not his wife on Twitter. Big scandal followed by an apology and a resignation from Congress. Then he CONTINUES to do this and has the unmitigated gall to run for mayor of NYC anyway? Knowing this was going to come out? He better hope the "Royal Baby" mania buries all this in the news cycle.

This is how I think all politicians secretly are.

Also, Drudge's headlines have been insane for the past few weeks. Go take a gander right now.

At this point, you have to think that he's doing this on a dare, because really.

At this point he should campaign in his pajamas and a smoking jacket.

It isn't that he's banging chicks (though Huma may not feel that way), it's that he's such a ****ing dork.

His antics and publicity are going to end up costing his wife even more than simple humiliation. Beginning in June, Sen. Grassley has been pursuing whether or not she she shared inside political information with New York firm; Teneo Holdings and once again they're providing evidence that has nothing to do with the allegation.

While others maintain she's learning how to stand by her unfaithful husband from none other than Hillary Clinton, it seems their connections run a little deeper than salacious suggestion of a lesbian affair to potential, downright criminal behavior.

This man has serious mental problems, and shouldn't be anywhere near a mayor's office.
Why is there always money for war, but none for education?

He should stay in just for the headlines... Why does it look like I planned the way it came out? I see his support is shrinking.....
