First picture of the Saturian Equinox, only happens once every 15 years. I thought I'd share this with everyone who doesn't check APOD daily like I do.  Not as breathtaking as the Saturian eclipse (in my opinion, quite possibly the most stunning astronomical pictures ever taken), but would still make a great picture to add to any collection. As usual, Saturn doesn't have to try very hard to turn out awesome pictures.

Incredible! 
I am one of those who check APOD daily. The APOD archive is chock-full of great space pics. I've made a nice screen saver with over 120 of my favorite pictures.
One thing I wish they would do is imbed copyright data into those pics as I want to post some on myspace (lame - yeah) but I would have to review each one on it's original page first.

I love the APOD. I had set an Automator action to download the image and set it as my desktop, which I just set back up again.
Choose an iCal template: - * Get Specified URLs containing the APOD URL
* Get Image URLs from Webpage (chose 'linked from these webpages') in the popup button
* Download URLs
* Set the Desktop Picture
* Save As
