from time to time i see ladies on local news who have dozens or even hundreds of cats living in their home. i also know a girl who just moved into an apartment and now has dozens of filthy cats. i saw no signs that she would end up like this. do you know a lady with lots of cats? if so, how do you think she ended up like that?

There was a lady I heard about who lives in the same city as me who has hundreds of rabbits. They said about half of them were dead. She even keeps some of the dead ones frozen in her freezer.

I had a friend who had two cats.... then five cats, then 9 cats.... up to 18 cats at one point. 
There were cat herds roaming in her apartment, and feeding time was a scary sight... orange fur everywhere!

These people are sad and lonely. cats are easy pets and they don't eat that much.
My parents have 1 cat, this 1 cat manages to produce about 12 cats every year which always find a happy new boss after some advertisements in the local newspaper. they never end up with family though, I wouldn't want a cat because i like to stay away from home without worrying a cat will starve in my absence

There was an old lady on the news with hundreds of cats in her house, it was INSANE! they had videos and stuff, they lifted up the mattress on her bed and there must have been 50+ kittens under there. They took most of them away but still left her with a ton because there was no real law agaist having a lot of pets as long as your werent abusing them.
