So I just bought a new shuffle for my mom's birthday so she can listen to her cds in her car via an fm tuner, but I can't get my shuffle to update. I have the latest ipod software installed, but no matter what I do, songs do not get moved from my mom's computer to the shuffle. When I attach the shuffle to my powerbook, it works though! My mom has an eMac, and I'm attaching it through the keyboard port (as it won't fit on the side ports, widely reported online). What am I doing wrong? The eMac sees the iPod, it shows up in iTunes, but it never puts songs on it.
