Im new to Apple Mac and have recently purchased a Mac Book.

I am able to succesfuly conect to the AirPort network "linkskys" (not sure on the spelling there)...

However, When i open Safari, it says im not connected to the internet and i cant open any pages

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Check your Network preferences and the Networking forum here.
