Should I? The CompUSA in my town is closing, and it's marked at 40% off. It would go in a Mac Pro. I know there is no software yet available for Mac to play back commercial Blu-Rays, but I can play them in windows using Parallels, right? What do you guys think? Is it worth $420, or will they soon be readily available for similar prices? Is it even a good drive? Thanks!

$90 savings on a drive you can't return? I'd pass.

Prices are going to crash by the time OS X has decent BluRay (watching/creating) software.

Really? Only $90? Where have you found it for $510?

Actually it's a Lite-on for $510 instead of a Sony, but I'd consider that an upside. Also SATA instead of ATA, so the cabling is nicer.
