I own a licensed copy of Starcraft Brood War, and I have just decided to install it on my MacBook for some old school Battle.Net fun I have made a disk image out of the CD via Toast, which works fine, but does take up a decent chunk of disk space. So I would prefer using a "No CD" patch file if there is one available for Mac.

I am well aware that this is apparently "illegal" but I own the game (who doesn't?). All I want to do is have a lean system drive, and having a patch would help me out greatly. If this is somehow an inappropriate thread, then if someone could PM me with more info I would appreciate it.

Again, NOT trying to cause a disturbance, just trying to get some REAL info.

Try creating a compressed image, Starcraft honestly shouldn't take up that much space as an image.

No it's not too bad, only a few hundred megs. But that's each CD, one for Starcraft, one for Brood War.
