I just updated my old dual 450 with a Mac Radeon 9700. Everything seems to be in its proper place but the monitor (old 17 inch Apple ADC) does not want to work. I hooked up a Apple DVI to ADC adapter and I'm looking for some help on this one. Anybody?????!!!!!

The Radeon 9700 Mac Edition is for the MDD G4s only.

No that is not true. However, I think I figured out what the problem is. The DVI to ADC connector cannot be used with a CRT. LCD only.

Yeah... it is, actually. Running around spreading misinformation isn't exactly my thang.
Does your card have an ADC port? If it does, it's the Mac Edition of the card and it will not work. If it doesn't, it isn't a Mac Edition. It's a flashed aftermarket card.

Is it a real PC Radeon 9700 pro card or a modified 9500 card? Was the flashed ROM reduced or edited or was the the flashROM upgraded to 128K ( PC cards normally have 64K flashROM )?
