I've noticed that using "black", or African American even, as a descriptor is no longer considered politically correct. In the local paper, a perpetrator being sought by the police is described thusly:
White guy: White male, 5'10, 180 pounds wearing a green sweatshirt
Asian guy: Asian male, 5'10, 180 pounds wearing a green sweatshirt
Latino guy: Hispanic male, 5'10, 180 pounds wearing a green sweatshirt
Arabic guy: Middle Eastern male, 5'10, 180 pounds wearing a green sweatshirt
Black guy: Male, 5'10, 180 pounds wearing a green sweatshirt
If mentioning someone's race in explaining the subtle difference in appearance between President Obama and Alfred E. Neuman makes me a racist, well that's pretty stupid, but that's the world we live in I guess.
P.S. I think it was the ears and smile that first lead me to see the resemblance. And it would seem I'm not the only one to think so...

I remember a few years ago someone made a political cartoon of Condi Rice and got a bunch of flak for being racially insensitive. People said he made her look too black or something. It's was pretty ridiculous. She is freaking black. That's how she looks.
