Well guys I'm here at the South Carolina Fire Academy. My internet use is restricted. I can't even receive emails! So I just wanted to say be thinking of me as it will be a grueling tough seven weeks and unlike college or school, I must pass everything with a 90 or above with one make up to graduate. It's going to be so much fun Anyways keep the boards going and I'll check back from time to time, but I am out!

Well, to be fair, EMS/fire life is actually far easier than most people realize.

Going through the academy on the other hand is brutal!!!

Good luck!

He's a brother. A real man. Someone who every day puts his life on the line in order to save people who he doesn't know. All for a really lousy salary. He has my complete respect.

In Latin, yes. There are Biblical languages (like Hebrew) that came long before Latin.

And even then that's an incorrect pronunciation. Christian translators were confused by the way Hebrew scrolls had vowels placed on the tetragrammaton and thus came up with that false pronunciation of it. The vowels really spell out the Hebrew word for Lord, to remind Jews to say that rather than to try to pronounce the ineffable name.

But back on topic let's all wish iranfromthezoo well.
