Do any warcraft players out there know whether it is possible to transfer warcraft 3/frozen throne saved game files from a PC to a Mac and still work?

never tried, just 'cause I don't have WC3 installed on my laptop (would be way too hard with a trackpad, and if I'm at home I've got my desktop to play on...)

I wouldn't see why not though. Certainly wouldn't hurt to try.
