I am trying to upgrade my 9.0.4 to 9.1 by download from the apple site, though they dont seem to be allowing this any more.How can i upgrade to 9.1, does anyone know if apple are still supporting this and how else can i perform this upgrade.

If you must.

I strongly recommend against it.

9.04 is awesome. Get 9.1 if you can get the full CD install, but don't use the updater. I'm warning you now. You'll be sorry.

I had to this once before. Does it give you like a loop? Where it says something like "click here to download" and then it gives you an error page? If it's something like that, use Netscape to download it. But before you do that, go to the preferences and make sure Netscape accepts ALL cookies. Then, go to the Apple site and download 9.1. I've encountered downloading problems from Apple's website with Internet Explorer... so use Netscape. Tell me if it works, yea?
