Is this another way of saying "judges that won't issue me subpoenas"? Several of the current judges were Bush appointees, what more do they want?
I'm actually quite bothered that Bolton and Miers are able to not show up at court, and for Rove now to refuse testifying under oath. Why should politicians be above the very laws that they create?
So, what the hell is an "activist judge" anyway, and has there ever been any evidence of their personal political ideologies ruling above the law and legal precedent? If so, why were they appointed to the supreme court anyway? I have a hard time believing this...
