Is it possible to purchase a Bluetooth access point into which one could plug in any old USB device and have it work wirelessly?

So, for example, if I really like my Macally keyboard and would like to use it wirelessly, I insert the USB cable into this device and it thereafter works with my Bluetooth-enabled Mac?

Of course, I'd have to figure out a way to coil up the USB cord so it is out of my way....
