Okay, I guess they can give them away. But that's about it. Haha

And I thought this thread would be about Mr. Michael Everybody from Lansing, Michigan, who recently went out and purchased a Zune.
I’m utterly disappointed.

I saw a Zune in the School Bookstore yesterday. It's a piece of junk. I admit I'm an Apple/iPod fanboy through and through, but the Zune's very design lies. It looks like it ought to have a clickwheel, but it doesn't. It's kinda bulky, and the plastic feels cheap.
Oh right... if I had been there, I would be selling my Zune the following day.

If the Zune worked with iTunes on a Mac, I'd totally give it a try. From what I hear, the Zune itself isn't that bad, it's just the software the blows.
[Edit: And the DRM... That would prevent me from actually buying one.]

One should never stop striving for clarity of thought and precision of expression.
I would prefer my humanity sullied with the tarnish of science rather than the gloss of religion.

Hm. How about Ellen hosting the Oscars—Think she'll be a good host?

She would be good - lively and somewhat entertaining.

I woulda been like Napoleon Dynamite.
"Hey, Don, can I have one of those Zunes?"
*throws it down the hall, then runs off.*

that would have been sweet.
Honestly if I did win one on TV I would just ask "Does it work with my Mac?", "Where do i get these movie files from? Does MS sell them?" "Does it work with iTunes? etc and watch them sweat.
