When creating a new project in X-Code, one can select from a whole bunch of options (cocoa, command line, c++ etc, etc, etc..)

I am wondering- can I create my own project template? If I want to say, have a project that creates a main.cpp file, with a set of specific libraries/frameworks already included. How would I do this?

Yes, you can create your own project templates. If you go to my book's site, you can read a 26 page excerpt from the Xcode chapter that provides detailed instructions on creating project templates. The instructions are on page 6 of the excerpt.
