You'll be one of those uncles that she will always be happy to see.

(Next year, plan more in advance)

My stupid iPhone game: Nesen Probe, it's rather old, annoying and pointless, but it's free.
Was free. Now it's gone. Never to be seen again.
Off to join its brother and sister apps that could not
keep up with the ever updating iOS. RIP Nesen Probe.

$101 will make you broke?
Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.

I have a bill that I need to pay on Monday, and the $100 or so bucks was what was left of my food money. so not, broke, but if I spend the money I have for the bill, then there will be late charges, and no need for that.

Food's over-rated anyways.

Wait, I'm confused. She's 18 months old? Or 24? Or 12?
In any case, for none of these will she remember anything. So it's only worth the $45 if your sib would otherwise be offended.

At 18 months she wouldn't have realized you didn't give her a present, so I wouldn't have and kept my food money.

Make sure you take photos and tell her the story of how you went without food for the rest of her life. She'll never tire of it.

They'd be better if Converse actually made anything IN Converse anymore... But those are pretty nice baby clothes.

Brass, having a niece or nephew to spoil is one of the perks of having brothers and/or sisters-sort of makes up for having to put up with them when they were kids. And whether or not your niece knows she got something from you, YOU know you gave her something, and that's what's important at this time.

That's an awful impression and doesn't sound like Dakar at all.
