Photos frustration and Instagram

In PHotos, it says all photos 411.
In instagram it says all photos 401. Instagam does not see 10 images. Any ideas on this? thanks!

My Instagram Account says that I posted 76 photos - in Photos I have more than 2000 images! I don't have a problem with that!
What are you trying to ask?

The Photos app does not correspond to what is then on photos on the iphone, maybe it's still an unstable platform?

Jeff, do you have some kind of auto export of all your images to instagram? otherwise the comparison is moot.

No, no auto export.
I'm just saying actually what on photos, icould and what is on iphone don't match.

Ok, from what I understand now, this is not related to Instagram...at all!
Where do your photos come from? All from the same source, like your own digital camera, or from several places?
I am asking, because I guess that you might have 10 pictures that are not in a compatible format for your iPhone and are therefor not geting synced (but I am not sure if this is really possible - does anyone know if Photos on Mac reads TIFF for example and Photos for iOS does not?)!

Ok T, sorry, this one may be tough.
In short:
went to icloud.com, then Photos.
Uploaded 10 new photos. They uploaded fine.
But on iphone 6, photos app, there are only 7 there.
