Now I've been using Photoshop since version 0.63, but I'll be keeping an eye on this one. It works, sort of.. but right now it should rather be compared to GraphicConverter than PhotoShop.

There was no public Photoshop 0.63 release. You are probably thinking about 0.89a.

I tried using the trial of Pixelmator to save PSDs that I created in Photoshop, because Photoshop screws up the colors when exporting for the web and Pixelmator does not. I might buy it just for that.
