are these the only topics we getting in the powerbook forum? all we get is..stuff like ship time, how long do i have to wait threads.. oh man they're so boring.
-Athlon XP 1500+, 256 PC2700 DDR RAM, 30 + 60 gig HD.
-Powermac G4 "Digital Audio", 384mb ram, 40gig HD, 16mb rage pro 128
-original iPod 5gig =]

I was just curious, because all I hear is superdrive and gigahertz. I guess I just felt kinda left out with my yet to come 867 combo

You don't have to. I'm a proud owner of a 867 and don't regret it at all. I don't usually jump on the latest and fastest (but also most expensive) stuff, so I didn't when the new PB came out.

Well, I finally got my PowerBook 867 yesterday. One stuck pixel on red but no fan issues and no green lines.

So far I'm very pleased

Yeah, seems like a lot of people here are sprining for the new PowerBooks, doesn't seem like as many people did for previous models.
