If you had the means to transport them, where and why?

1) Sacramento - Central valley of California produces 80% of all produce for America, the surrounding mountains in the valley would keep most of the radiation inside the valley renderring the soil unusuable. This would start a pretty big food shortage.

2) Los Angeles - Highest populated city in the country. Highest probability of megadeath.

3) Washington, D.C. - No better insult than to remove ones' capital.

All depends on how you define city. The cities that make up the LA basin, have the highest combined populationAll depends on how you define city. The cities that make up the LA basin have the highest combined population of any populated area in the US. However, if you go by city limit lines, NYC has a higher population then the city of LA.

NO YOU CAN'T DROP NUKES ON THOSE TOWNS! They have monrails that put them on the map! Sorry, I could resist.

Actually I don't think we should be discussing where to drop nukes (Or any other weapon for that matter). Just my 2 cents.

So you are including suburbs in this? NYC's metro area million more people than LA. Some people are just too California centric!

I'm back to fight for truth and justice, and to earn redemption by defending MacNN against the pacifist and appeasement douche bags that would have all free peoples lie down in the face of terrorism, as they, accustomed to doing nothing, used to helplessness, would urge inaction to the further detriment of all.

Acutally no. His message is 6 lines, his sig is 5 lines, ergo his post is 11 lines, of which 5/11 is his sig and 6/11 is his message. His sig is 5/6 the length of his message, not his post.

Besides, why are you so interested in his POST anyway?

The rest of this thread looks like FBI trolling, I'll choose to keep my answers to myself.

I couldn't care less about his post. His sig gets my goat--It's too farking big.

And you're grasping for straws here, bunny. Sigs don't count in the post total. When you click the 'check length' link just below the 'Message' field, it tallys the entire post, sig length not included. So using the word 'post' to mean 'entire post sans sig length' is a correct method of calculating sig-to-post fractions.

Grasping at straws? You're the one btching about the size of someone's signature, something rather irrelevant to the content of the message.

You know you want his POST.

Actually it's sodomy, and it used to be illegal in Georgia. Look up Bowers v. Hardwick, where the state supreme court upheld a law against sodomy in 1986. I believe a couple years ago the law was struck down, though, in the name of privacy.

Oral sex is sodomy. The Georgia statute upheld in Bowers applied to heterosexual as well as homosexual sodomy but the case only addressed the homosexual aspect.

Was it really struck down on privacy? That's the argument that lost on the Supreme Court. The current case of the Texas statute that is before the court is being argued on equal protection grounds. That's a much stronger argument, imho, because thse statutes are either discriminatory on their face (as Texas' is), or they are applied unequally (as most of the rest are). That's why heterosexuals aren't ususally aware that there are laws against oral sex. There is really little chance of them being enforced on straights, but they are enforced against gays - at least occasionally. And when they aren't they are a nice way to stigmatize people as habitual criminals, particularly in child custody cases (as in Florida).

The one place where heterosexuals really stand to be convicted of sodomy is in the military. It's typically one of the things that get thrown at people who commit adultary. Both sodomy (including oral sex) and adultary are against the UCMJ.

I would do what they are doing right now. Just threaten and fake out over and over and over.

Get as much use out of them as I could... then when people stop listning (which as history has proven 1,000,000,000 times, will happen) use them.

That was the gameplan for 9/11.

Many many many threats from Bin Laden before then.... so many eventually they didn't make the news.

A few smaller attacks (such as the Cole attack)

Then hide....

Then more threats...

Then when people decide to ignore... hit them big.

This has also been a war strategy in a sense for the last 2,000 years. Different, but the same theory behind it.

right, Cipher's post limited the illegality to just oral sex, while I broadened it to include all forms of non-vaginal sexual intercourse.

I believe it was struck down because of privacy, and it couldn't be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Courth since it dealt with interpretation of the Georgia Constitution.

It could indeed be brought before the US Supreme Court. However, that Court may have rejected an appeal because it didn't want to deal with it, considered the case done with, or decided that such rulings were best left for the States to decide.

State constitutions are not holy ground when it comes to the US Supreme Court.
