a very "charged" word (idea), especially these days, and i've been thinking a lot about it lately.

should there be limits? can there be? have we arrived? or aren't we even close?

what are your personal views on this? is it important to you?

Yes there should be limits preventing people like you posting stuff like this... is there any meaning behind it or are you simply trying to get as much posts as fast as possible?

This was a Lincoln-Douglas debate topic strikingly similar to this sentiment exactly earlier this year.

It's so similar. I could bring to the table so many arguments.

The affirmative in the debate argues for national security, and the negative team tries to prove that freedom's more important.

I liked negative better. It's easy to bring examples in like Nazi Germany. Negative won me more rounds.
