The U.S.A. is crazier than ever. I'm not trying to give my town Philly any difference from other cities... at least we didn't have traveling snipers sneaking around killing people across the state.
I think too that all this Homeland (chicken little) Security crap is making a lot of people edgy. But it gives no one the right to shoot children.
Terribly sad story. I hope the girl recovers

Every winter we hear about a snowball fight were someone put a rock in the snowball, and threw it at some kids temple. Sad, but it can be fatal if it hits in the right place hard enough.
This is no different.

Very sad to hear of this crime. I, too, hope the little girl makes a speedy recovery.

Seems that there was a snowball fight with the victim and other girls (including Best's daughter). His daughter must have been hit and went home to daddy. Daddy came back with a gun. Moron.

For some reason this doesn't surprise me that it happened in Philly. It is ashame that a a child was shot. Snowball fights are supposed to be fun, but not sad like this.

From Alabama to Japan. The first was supposedly over a CD player and the other because her husband wouldn't go to see their child's school play...please, this isn't a Philly problem...it's global.
